I am still checking off boxes with my drilling this year. Managed a nice drake mallard the other day with a load of bismuth.

Also took a nice red fox while moose hunting. I had the .22 insert in the right barrel for grouse when he showed up. His pelt in in the freezer and will be tanned this winter.

Big game has remained elusive. No deer made an appearance for me while I was carrying it. No moose either. I had a good chance at a bear and am confident, if I had not been busy skinning a fox, the left barrel with buckshot would have done the job...don't ask...

Bears sure can run....

Your work was absolutely amazing. That will be something special to hand down. I don't think people appreciate the true accuracy potential of properly made drillings and combos. Something special about human hands creating such a fine piece of machinery/art.
