That won't work if all the holes are overlapping. That is why you measure outside to outside then subtract the bullet diameter.

Well done, I notice folks are measuring outside to outside on groups and not the standard center to center, rather making this a small bore's contest eh?

I did it with out bergers..... Hell I did it with cheap ammo!

That's some nice shooting. Good to see someone trying this out with the Axis, tighten up the one group and you're there.
I know it can be done. I have some other loads that are a bit more consistent I will have to try next time

From what I can tell in the little research I did it appears to be a standard Vanguard with a different stock. So yes it should qualify.
