My Fall Gobbler

Wednesday this past week I had a couple hours to get out. headed into a place where I have seen birds hanging. Setup and just blind called, yelping light, some gobbler yelps and as I sat I hear some yelping down the field and the game is on. They walked right up to me and as the group entered I see a beard swinging. It swung all the way to the truck !

I wish we had those near me, plentiful moose and deer on my property, but no turkeys in our neck of the woods near Edmonton, Alberta. Congratulations, your grin speaks volumes.
