My first 1911.

Whew I just checked my safe. It's still there for starters...
And there's no Noob scratch...yet..
This trp is heavy. Might have to go lift, bro.
 
Very nice. I opted for a CZ shadow for my first pistol but, like others have said, Springfield is always a good choice. National Match M1a was my first rifle and still probably my favourite. My next pistol will be a 1911 for sure. Happy shooting, fellow Edmontonian.

Very cool @ Spellbound! My other 'car' is a Springfield Super Match M1A with oversized walnut stock and heavy barrel. Maybe we can go shooting sometime.
