Thanks I did... But nothing much in depth other then ya it looks different, has some slits which many other do and has built in swivel hookups and no castle nut, so of thats it guess I know. Thx for assuming I spent no effort but continue with your regular scheduled program.

I guess what my real question is in regards to actual recoil reduction and pyshical noise reduction, have you noticed either honestly? Not to say a .223 has much recoil to begin with but curious.

sorry im not much help with the PWS buffer, it is a little noisy but nothing a lttle lube on the spring and inside the tube cant handle

and if anyone wants to show of their builds post em up:ar15:
 
Also when you get a chance to get to the range, I'm curious how the NEA crusader brake works for ya. I have a PWS break and find it unbelieveable loud as the shooter. Also curious how it works for muzzle climb. I was going to get the crusader but I couldn't find a lot of user reviews on it, so I went PWS
