So I just called the CFO today and my transfer is complete for my new Bushmaster Carbon 15 in 9mm, and I am really excited. I went 9mm because I am a student and wanted to be able to afford to shoot alot, and already reload 9mm. So I got a pretty killer deal on this gun, and after a couple people said go get it I did.
I have a few questions.
I am currently shooting plated bullets in my Glock and was planning on loading the same for the AR. From the research I've done you really don't gain much velocity with a rifle barrel in 9mm so I figure I should be alright. Any reason not to use plated.
Secondly I am using some rather light loads in my Glock. Would you think I would need to increase my load to cycle the bolt in the AR. I know that Glocks generally don't like loads that are too light so I would hope the same loads would function the AR. Anyone loading 9mm for an AR have any tips. I am using Power Pistol.
Third question is what kind of accuracy can I expect from this gun. I have read that the CX4 storm is pretty accurate out to 100m so I am hoping I can get some decent groups at 50m. Again any experience would help.
Thanks Guys
Mark
