Well last monday was opening day and my uncle placed me on a ridge which turned out to be the perfect location. i shot a 6x6 and a doe. The buck i shot was only 75 yrds give or take a little bit. The doe i shot was at about 250 yrds. Both of my tags were filed by 11 am that morning.

Great stuff Vince! I've had a few chances at deer this year. I haven't seen anything quite as big as your deer (yet!). I was out this morning and had a decent buck come in after I rattled, but he was a bit smaller than what I want to shoot.
What part of the province were you hunting? The first 2 days I was out for rifle I was south of Marchand. Today I was in Spruce Woods. That must be your .300 Win, yes?

hey thanks guys the buck on the left was mine. The 4x4 was my other buddy's. Yeah Sean that was my 300 and man is it a straight shooter. I am very happy with that rifle setup. I will try to get better pics up when i move the deer this week it is hard to tell with those pics that the deer is a 6x6
