I know it was a fair bit of coin to spend, but like I said it was my first and dont plan on getting "to many more". Been wanting to get one for along time now ... 15 years now and finally got off my butt and did it.
I spent about a month deciding on a scope, and planned on only spending around a 1000 for one, but couldn't find one with with the ranges I wanted. The only way to get it was going with expensive glass, and from the research I did Swarovski seemed to a be good scope.
The wife wasnt to thrilled at first either, but now she loves to shoot it too...and has a pretty good eye as well.
Just finding the grain size I like and now have the scope set to my satisfaction so will be seeing what "it and I as a team" can really do in the next bit. So far I'm very happy with it and can "most times" get about 3/4" spacing at a 100m 2 outta 3 times.... but a bit a practice and finding the right reload should be able to improve it to 3 outta 3 .. I'm hoping.
Thanks for the compliments.
