I don't bother with their site any longer a waste of time
 
It boggles my mind that this day in age companies often don't have a website or in many cases crappy ones that aren't updated. Such a huge amount of potential sales revenue is lost. Purchasing online is a common everyday practice for a large number of people. It would be interesting to know what percentage of sales come from these online purchases. They don't even have to occupy retail floor space which can be extremely costly. Seems like an easy way to expand any small or large business while increasing customer service.
