Just went to the Edmonton gun show and snapped up this beauty. No rust at all, and a nice clean stock. In fact, the barrel looks new and matches the receiver.
I am quite fond of these rifles, the first times I went hunting was with a lee enfield. Why I never got one until now is beyond me. I guess I just needed to see it in person (and a decent deal doesn't hurt). Not sure about the markings, will be searching them up soon.
This will definitely come with me on my next coyote hunt, these iron sights are absolutely amazing, no need for a scope for this baby! I have posted pics of the markings in case anyone recognizes anything
