Cool, so you just need to fill the form and fax it along with the invitation each time.

Do you know how long you could stay in the US with your firearms? Is it just for the day of the event? For example, I could see myself say, drive up Friday to shop, shoot Saturday (or whatever), visit family & friends Sunday, drive home Monday.
 
You just fill out the form and fax it off with the invitation letter. Once its sent back approved, you bring it with you when you cross the border.

I can't say that I know for a fact but I do know of people that have done what you described.
 
I always have my F6NIA approved for a year...
There's no limit on how often you travel into the US or how long you stay... With regards to firearms anyway.
Hunting licenses and/or invitations. Are no longer required by the BATFE to approve f6nia's
