Regarding my RC, at first, I thought the finish on the stock was quite good.

But it is flaking off. I think I'm going to want to refinish it now.
What would be some suggestions for that? I don't know what kind of wood it is, but I don't think it to be a laminate stock.

Yeah. They're secretly stashed away in my closet. The handguns, that is.

The rifle is right out in plain sight.

Because a rifle is much less dangerous than a handgun.

And finally, regarding the RC Kar 98k, anyone happen to know where I can pick up a cleaning rod, locking screw and front hood for cheap?

Also keep an eye out at the local gunshows here on Van Island...one coming up at the end of the month in Duncan.

I've got school and I work Saturdays in the day...

But I'd be interested in going up. Maybe meet a few CGN'ers at the same time. Hell, if someone needs a ride I can give one.
