First Shot Handguns 24 years ago when I was 13. But never got into the sport at that time. Now it is time :p

After much deliberation. Lots of hands on touchy, feely time @ Epps.

I decided that the Taurus 24/7 Pro in 9mm was the one for me...

I have large hands and the grip is really comfortable for me. The slide release is in a position to be easily reached with my right thumb. The mag release can be operated with either my right thumb or I can reach it with my right 'middle' finger reaching under the trigger guard. This handgun just feels so natural (to me) in my hand compared to so many others

Congratulations.... I'm 49 and have been shooting handgun for about the past 30 years... it's never too late to start & enjoy it, though... ;)

It's always fun to start a hobby you have always wanted to do. Regardless of what anyone tells you, the choice of handgun is a personal decision.

Believe it or not, the DAO 24/7 in 9mm was my first pistol too.

I still fondle it weekly.... it's shaped like no other, and the build quality is A+

You do realize that this handgun thing is a total sickness & you won't be able to stop at just one? :confused:

Better buy a couple rolls of duct tape to make a few different holsters... lol.. :p
 
Yes, its a sickness. However I have finally cured myself by stopping at the 60th one. BUT there is always the hope that I will find that HAC .380 revolver from someone who doesn't know what he has.;)
