Well I'm usually lurking about the Black powder forum but just could not pass this up at the local gun store today as it came in used . Came with Marstar scope mount that looks very robust and NCStar tactical laser quick detach scope witch I took of and replaced with my Bushnell scope Chief as I could see the other one had been shifting back and fourth and the optics weren't the best . But I think I did alright it shows very little wear . Can't wait till tomorrow to try it out at the farm Brrrr -17 for a high but we're tough or stupid out here paid $450.00 what do you guys think?Well shot it today at 100 YRDS target squares are 1inch one 5 shot group and one 4 shot group not bad I think for remington core locks and -19 and blowing snow man it felt cold .

You're going to love it.

The best firearm I own by FAR! You just can't kill it.

Enjoy.

Added some pics to above post of my target that I shot today at the farm one 5shot and one for shot group be Kind it was my first time shooting it and it was -19 with snow both targets were shot at 100 yrds .

So a 2" group then a 1.5" group, at 100yards/meters...in the cold, with an unfamiliar rifle, used and inexpensive...

Sounds like you got a darn good deal!

Yeh I'm very happy with it with some hand loads and warmer weather maybe things will group tighter . I'm thinking the guy sold traded it because he couldn't get it to keep Zero as the mount was not tight and could see the scope was moving on the base so I tightened the mount and new scope and better rings . I would also like to thank the Guys at the Outdoorsman in Medicine Hat for the great deal they gave me on it as I had to trade to get it lacking in funds right now.
