Good luck to you, and I'm sure you'll have a shooter on your hands, but it's not a "build" when you put on a scope and bipod.

There was no malice in my post. I was just trying to clarify what the OP meant by "build". I have several rifles that are "builds" using factory stocks, aftermarket barrels, and accurizing. I wasn't being judgemental - neither was anyone else.
