My first reload ever

congrats,im in just over a week.reloaded 308,338lapua and 416 rigby.havent tried any yet.

Still waiting for my powder to arrive then I'll be doing my first. It'll be 9mm, and I plan on keeping #1 and framing it, #2 and onward will be sacrificed for the cause...

My first was also .40. Thought that was pretty cool.

Next was first rifle for .30-30 and that blew my mind. Remember sitting there staring at it thinking that's just about the coolest thing I've done. Only thing that trumped it was completing 19 more after it. Starting off with all the little components and then slipping the finished products one by one into a cartridge case was almost orgasmic.

I think I photographed that box of bullets more than some new parents photograph their newborns.

and once you cast your first bullet get some good lead and you will never run out of ammo again

Except primers Im still kind of at odds how id make primers , and then their is modern gun powders

congrats man!!! i just did my first round yesterday, then i did another 49...today i cleaned fired brass that i had shot, and i can't wait to reload it too...thanks a lot CGN's, I'm addicted now!

Congratulations! I remember my first reload. .45 acp. Pretty awesome feeling being just a little less reliant on commercial availability. Good job.
