I'm in the process of completing a transfer of restricted firearm I just purchased from a fellow gun nut.
My Chief Firearm Office here in Quebec says in order to complete the transfer i must fax or email them a copy of my club membership and also a completed 679 application form for ATT.
On the 679 form they ask for the registration certificate number and the FIN firearm identification number.
Maybe i just need to leave that blank? Im just a bit confused about that part.
I ll have to call them tomorrow since office is closed on the weekend.
