Risking the wrath of wifey...I just couldn't stand the wait anymore.

She is a Mossberg/Maverick 88 security.
Today I take her to the range and try her out.

She even came with a Mossberg cable lock. :D

I don't have many 'pimptastic' plans for her...maybe a heat sheild, and some glow sights, and something to hold some extra shells.

Now I'm ready for Zombies! :mrgreen:
 
Viper, Wholesale sports has 500 Mossy barrels (which also fit the Maverick 88), for around $150, including a 24 " version. I'm hoping to get a 20" for my 500 before turkey season.
 
Set some targets out at the Range today at around 50 yards, and tried about a Dozen rnds of Target shot 7-1/2 stuff, and then some 00 Buck followed by 000 Buck, and then my first ever use of slugs. Geepers those are big holes! :shock:

Very impressed...shoulder is abit sore, but my Enfield toughned it up all summer. :mrgreen:

Yes the Little booklet/manual it came with has a list of all the different barrels you can get for these. Some serious fun these Shottys are, and uber easy to clean. :mrgreen:
 
the mossberg is a fun shotty to dress up here is what i did to mine

TacStar Flash Light Mount

and the cheapest addon, flashlight/laser from ebay that i got for $0.99 :)
