1.) M91 Tula 1914

Nothing real special about this one - typical Finnish mix up of parts, bolt renumbered to match. Stock has had the Austro-Hungarian sling hanger holes plugged. In all over pretty nice condition. Bore is a dirty - actually the whole rifle is dirty - but extremely shootable. The previous owner has used this rifle to win Club Service Rifle Shoots. I put a Finnish rectangle buckle sling on it...

2.) M91 Remington 1917

100% original Remington. Everything factory matches. Retains original front sight, has not had Finnish 200m modification done to rear sight. Still got cosmoline in the action and bolt. Bore is pretty nice, but could probably do with being shot. Biggest downer is I suspect the cleaning rod is repro, and its missing the two handguard screws.

Here's some comparison shots of the features that are different between these two rifles.

I consider myself incredibly lucky to have these, Russian M91s are pretty hard to find down here - for every M91 I come across, I see four M24s. I get very sick of seeing M24s....

My photos aren't terribly good, but I'll get some better ones in time taken in better light at the range...
