Here's my 1888 in 44-40

I thought the 32 special that was in your family way back was a Winchester

I can't find out what it was, no one remembers even who had it. All I know is there was a pile of spent cases scattered all over the homestead yard.
There was 30-30 too, that one has to be an 1894 Win, but I just got to have an 1893 too. The 38-55 seems to be lined up too. More guns than money, that's all that slows things down.:p

Now all that could change *IF you can tell me what the rifle leaning up against the cabin is including the chambering. If it is even a rifle....

Beautiful 1888, Timberhunter.

Its in really good shape for its age. And is original except for the diamond and pin in the wrist.
I did put it up for sale once then pulled it down.
I'm more into black powder guns than anything these days, so its always up for trade for the right BP gun.
You never see many 88's around. I haven't anyways.

Marlins always have a way nicer feel and lines than most Winnes, sold all but one WInne levers, kept one savage and 2 Marlins! Just traded away my Marlin 1881 38-55! It is hard to believe that marlins have not kept up with prices of the Winchesters? Very nice 1893, hard to find in that condition! cheers from T-Bay!

It is one of those very special brooms like those canes they used to have. Bears come in real close and instead of dusting them off you can simplt blow them away.

Blew up the pic before and sometimes it is like Kirk says but other times I don't know. Fact is of the cases I found, 90% were 32 WS, so I guess it is more a hope it is a rifle in the pic and not some wore out corn broom.

That and I need to keep you on your toes Davey, make sure the synapses are all firing properly. :p
