I bought my first 94 AE in 1986 ish and recall seeing used ones at the time with that same blonde colored stock.
So, my guess will be late 70's or early 80's vintage the serial numbers will tell the date though.
But, if it has been refinished all bets are off and all of this superfluous information doesnt float your boat you certainly have what appears to a well kept 94.
Should create havoc on those Island Blacktails too.

Now find a copy of the classic "Winchester's 30-30, Model94" by Sam Fadala, then read, study, and inwardly digest all the lore, history and modifications he discusses.
Then go get some mulies!
