My First Wolf! :)

how do you figure weight is how wolves are measured? there skull is what sits in the books not there body 135lbs is nothing in weight for a well fed dog, my labX is 105 like I said my bassett hound is 80 pounds, do some research guys this is getting old ;)

note this is also the largest they have cought dosnt mean there isnt bigger or smaller wolves in areas research didnt take place, also remember that Ontario brush wolves are yote sized compaired to timber wolves

Congrats, very very nice wolf :cool:, it indeed looks like a big dog.

As for the weight, it's hard to say but buy the pic it looks a bit smaller but eh, a picture doesn't always give the right time ;),. I say that because my bouvier is 145lbs and looks bigger, I am 5"10 and when he stands on his back legs, his 2 front paws are on my shoulder and he looks me right in the eyes.

Again, nice beast ;).
 
I shot a wolf when I was a teenager and swore I would never do it again; I love dogs and it was way to close to home for me.

I got to admit it's gonna be a sweet rug.
