Just thought I would share and include you all in the excitement of my first restricted.

I had been researching and reading every review on every pistol I could find. I handled as many as I could get my grubby little hands on, and finally, this showed up in the mail thanks to a fantastic CGN member!!


May I present my Sig Sauer P226 Enhanced Elite in 9mm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's awesome! Congrats. Your wallet will be thanking you for choosing 9mm over .45. Really takes the wind from your sails when 600 rounds of .45 in, you've already spent more on ammo, than you did on the gun.

Nice. I just bought my first restricted as well. A glock 21 gen 4. Tried to post a pic but wouldn't work for some reason.

I hope you realize, it's like potato chips you can't stop at one. I'm up to 35 now and thinking about three more that I need.
 
I know it will be the first of many. It is the same with the rifles and shotties i already own.

I have been considering a 22 conversion as well.

I can't wait to shoot it though. Need to finish probation at the gun club then apply for att. All in due time i guess.

Nice pistol. I've got a few Sig's now(and counting), I usually do a full grips off lube up including mag cleaning when new. I only run mecgar mags no matter what it comes with. I've got 2 sets of g10 piranhas on order that should be in this week(black, no grey dots), never shot with them but fondled them over glass and they really are the cats ass. Your going to hate taking those e2 grips on and off(I do), use Qtip to support one side while you loosen the other. When reinstalling take your time, careful with springs, make sure gaps are the same as before.
