Amusing how people keep assuming that reloads were the cause of the kaboom, although it doesn't say that anywhere here. Unless that information is contained in the previous thread.

I guess that since Glocks are perfect, it could not possibly be any other cause.

And, 3 months for a repair, at a Canadian repair center?

3 months for a repair??? He's lucky to get that. Most places in Canada would probably take a year at the least.

I had to sent it to a place in BC called European Arms. Took about 3 months which is not that bad.

Ah.. Giovanni and Luigi. Did you have direct contact with them? They're a hoot

You can take a glock and melt it in a microwave, record it on youtube, and they'll repair it for you. They have the best warranty in the business. If you buy a police trade in, you can ship it to their facility and Smyrna and they'll fix it for free. At least, that's what I heard from some Georgian dudes.

Was gonna say. Try sending a m&p in for warranty, minimum 12 to 18 months.

Quickest warranty here in canada are belive it or not, Remington and CSA, had to send my 870 and Vz in. Turn around time was within 3 months

I sent my GP100 to the Ruger Warranty Center in Quebec through my LGS (Reliable Gun in Vancouver). From the time I dropped off my GP100 at Reliable, to my pick up back at Reliable....two weeks. And I thought that was slow.

3 months was not bad considering. It was over the Christmas holidays, Had to wait for it to be transferred to there name, then had to wait for it to be transferred back to me with the new frame.
