My Glock Build Thread

And that parts:
Glock 17 Gen 4 Stippled frame, finger grooves removed
Agency Arms trigger
Agency Arms mid line barrel
Vickers extended mag release and slide lock
Zev Spartan slide in blackDLC
Trijicon Supressor hight night sights for co witness with
Trijicon RMR

How do you like your trigger?
I just got my first glock, a 19x. I also shoot a sig 226 sao and the factory Glock Trigger really bugs me. I know a striker gun won’t have the same clean feeling that a hammer gun will have but I’d like something with a solid wall and the cleanest break possible. I hate the long creep my 19x has. I’ve been looking mostly at the agency arms or apex kits.

So I have been searching all over the place for aftermarket parts across Canada trying to see what I can find and not break the bank. Has anyone tried or heard of Glock Mag Well by Cytac

I have a Magpul on my 17....best bang for the buck.

I recommend the streamlight tlr 8 for the glock! I was lucky to pick one up & it's perfect. Very impressed.
It's light, compact, has a 500 leumen light & an intense laser. The control switches are easy to use. A switch on both sides for ambi pointsDSC03785.jpg

Hey sorry for the late response. I like the trigger it for sure is better than the factory. I have heard the Zev is slightly bett but never tried. The agency is basically Glock parts the have been polished I think with a minus connector. I think it’s worth the upgrade but yeah it still feels like a striker lol although better

I noticed my new 17 gen 5 had the tip of the dust cover touching the slide, when my 17 gen 4 had not.
So I went to the web.
I just learned the term "pignose".
I don't want to open a can of worms but I cured my gen 5 with such ease it was worth doing it.
I introduced a Q-tip shaft cut at a steep angle at the tip of the dust cover, on each side, and warmed up the dust cover with wifey hair dryer.
It takes only seconds to do so, the plastic does not even gets very warm.
Let it cool down, remove the Q-tips....et voilà....
