My Grizzly @ Wildlife Designs in 150 Mile House

Whoo hoo finally some news...

June 1/08 I shot this interior grizzly just north of Fort St James after skinning it out and getting it down to Steve @ Wildlife Designs in 150 Mile House I have been patiently waiting for some news.

Today Steve gave me a call then sent these 2 pictures of the work in progress, I'm now thinking I don't have a wall big enough...

Picture of when we walked up to the bear the picture does not do this bear justice it was way bigger than the pic shows.

Pic of Steve's employee he is 6' 4" tall.

Steve is 6' tall and is standing on a 42" high table and he tells me that from the nose to the board just below his left hand is 3 feet...

What gun/load/distance was involved in the glorious kill?? Looks like 45/70 but what load (factory? Homeroll??) bullet type, weight, charge? How close did you shoot it?? Super Duper kill there. That registers a "HOLY MOLY" in my books anyday.

Took it there because of you posting on the below thread where I asked for advise on where to take it so yes you had something to do with this bear...

My son and I were both drawn for spring grizzly in the same area again this year...

We will be going back to find his brother...
