I've been slowly getting ready for my first hunting season. Earlier I picked up a nice 3030 Marlin and was still looking for a big game bolt action. I just couldn't go through with getting a synthetic savage, great rifle I hear but absolutely no class. I wanted something pretty, shiny with lots of history and character but my budget wouldn't allow for a new fn built model 70. Rather then settle, I decided to tap into the "previously enjoyed" market and came up with this beauty.
1990's Remington 700 BDL in 3006 with a beautiful high gloss stock and blueing. There are signs of normal wear but its in great shape and plenty of life still remaining. I made the right choice
