My indigenous assault weapon concept..... how 'bout yours?

This is the good part of all the gun bans. When something gets banned, someone steps up to the plate and makes something different and better.

Just think about shotgun shells. We used nothing but lead for 100 years, then lead got banned for waterfowl use. Now there are 4 or 5 different options.

Same with the 50BMG ban in California. Now Barrett is making the .416 Barrett round.

And the US will not export 50BMG outside of the country, so now we go to Alberta Tactical rifle, and maybe Dlask soon.

I wish you well in your project. We need MORE Canadian manufacturers.
If you are any good at computers, try drawing it on SolidWorks. It is a 3D drafting program.
 
I have some interesting ideas for firearms but I dont have the skill or equipment to make them yet. Maybe ill make something simple during the two years ill be in school with access to my fathers machine equipment.
