My kinda "FALish" XCR.

Well, with the proper adapter I think it looks pretty good.

That being said I think an Armalite AR-10 with the Badger ordnance handguard and that furniture would look more FAL like and would suit it better. Plus having seen the finish on the XCR live, I think the AR-10 finish would be a better match.
 
The stock and handgrip are absolutely beautiful!

Screw the haters.... a few extra pieces of hardware and the lines will all come together - would love to see more pics in the future!
 
I like it. Yah, the lines are outta sync in a couple spots, but it looks close to what I had wanted to do. wish there was a way to do a matching fore-end.

Good on yah for going this route!
 
Wood looks amazing, but I agree that the adapter needs to be reworked, I'd also prefer to see those grips with no finger grooves, but that's me.

I think there was a Canadian company (one on here) that was making a much more streamlined XCR/AR15 stock adapter, but I haven't heard anything about it for a while...

Check out the picture on the bottom left. That's the adapter I want and I think it would work well with your rifle. We just have to convince the guy to put them into production.
