My latest build

Here is my latest build, an M4 clone. I added a few upgrades, but it's still a simple, reliable rig.

One thing I noticed immediatly with the LMT is that the feed ramps are longer than my Armalite upper. Better feed reliability I guess.

I have an ARMS #40 BUIS coming.

Parts:

- LMT 14.5" upper
- LMT lower w/ 2 stage trigger
- SOPMOD stock. (nice for storing batteries)
- LMT full auto bolt carrier w/ enhanced bolt
- Knights Armament RAS
- Eotech 552
- Vickers tactical 2 point sling
... and of course the obligatory bayonet to top it all off

Very nice. Thats just the way I like em, clean, simple and only the goods that make it great. That KAC RAS is growing on me and I think I need a LMT lower now...

That is an excellent Fighting, sport and fun carbine. Only thing I would add is a side sling adapter for that extra M4 look and a KAC 300m sight...and move the vert grip to the front dammit...

Awesome 14.5", damn, I need to save up for one of those, regret selling my previous one. RAS, EOTech + SOPMOD = you know your gear. I would throw a Colt side sling adapter and a BUIS on it.

Very nice build. That's roughly where I'm heading with my 11.5"...Eotech, rails, VFG, and minimal additional gear. I think i will be throwing on a BUIS though.

I love it.

The Improved cheek weld seems to position your head perfectly for lining up the optic/sights. Also it has a watertight battery storage that holds at least 4 AA batteries.

I couldn't be happier.

If you are in Calgary (ever) I'd gladly let you shoot it.

I got the upper on a private sale (14.5" lmt uppers are RARE).

I got the lower and bolt carrier assembly from quester. They are awesome!

I got the KAS RAS from The shooting edge in calgary.

The Eotech and sling were from the shooting edge.

Thanks for the appreciation! It took about 4 months to get it all together. It shoots great! I am adding a BUIS to it as we speak.
