Assuming it's sturdy, I would have been tempted to leve the sten stock and mosin front wood. It really looked commie-cool.

Final Result

Finally completed ! I can now post some pictures of the final result.
It started like this:

I was still not happy with it, so I decided to buit the complete stock set , installed some military sights and have a Gun Kote job done by Striker (on this forum) He did a wonderfull job!!!

Now I am proud to share these pictures with you guys & gals.

So ! What you guys/gals think of that total makeover ??

It's strange, but the more I look at this, the more I like it. It looks kinda like a tiny grenade launcher, moreso with the back sight cranked out to 1900 metres or so.

Could one manufacture a new barrel in a low-pressure rifle cartrige? 30-30 comes immediately to mind... Such a creature would be the handiest truck gun known to man, and a boon to kayakers wordwide.

There is a lot of time , patience and $$$ invested in this little cutty , My challenge was to give it a total makeover . I have now found a new home for it.

That's pretty sweet! I like the Sten stock better my self to be completely honest.... but it's wicked none the less
