My local store has this RUGER 10/22RB What does the RB stands for?

It is a catalogue number or part there of .which is a little stupid because if you look on the Ruger site they list the guns by model number not catalogue number .

Some think as 10/22 does not come LEFT, they mske sure they designate it is a RIGHT, and blued
