My M14's are both finished

Nice pair there Asphalt. And thanks agin for the garand sight.
Asphalt did your 2009 have the bayonet lug? I'm thinking that Chinese plastic stock on mine sucks and that Boyds Walnut would make the rifle feel like a gem prone. Is the USGI fiberglass better feeling on the pistol grip??? a little slimmer and fitting the hand and grip compared to the plastic?

My 2009 did have the bayo lug on it. (Sold that in the EE for way to cheap ).
The Boyds and the USGI are both a nice upgrade from the plastic norinco stock. The plastic norinco stock is miles ahead of the chu wood stocks though. I find they both feel a lot nicer to handle. they look a lot better too.

My shorty has been sitting for a little over a week now with no scope as I ended up stealing it for another rifle. My new Redfield Revolution showed up today and looks much better than the burris. Hopefully the quality is as good. First impression seems good.

3. Make sure it passes the test below, MOST IMPORTANT PART.
