My M305 Abomination (pics)

Very nice, my buddy has an M305 in an archangel stock, and bipod with a Vortex Diamonback 4x12x40 with Dead hold BDC, the thing shoots amazing, the only downfall is that it's pretty much a bench gun now, as its super heavy, I'm sure your scope didn't add very much weight, and is still a bush worthy gun.

Lavoltiges - I don't recognize the rings. Looks like a lazer mount. Soft aluminum and I think they're coming off asap.
Berger - we will see. I have about a week of winter shooting and tests to perform in late February / early march but I need to acquire more ammo first
Shred - to be honest I didnt noticed the scopes weight after installing it.

I like that a lot.
I need glass nowadays and your set up looks a lot cleaner than the monstrosity I drag around.
Thanks for the inspiration. looking forward to seeing a range report.

Nice firewood; I like birch. Lots of heat.
Curious as to why you wrote "Riflechair" on the stock...emulating the regimental markings on Lee Enfields?

Is it that easy to see right through me?
I guess the army has taught me that it's generally a good idea to write your name on everything;......

This post reminded me of the new Elcan Spectre TR 1-3-9x...minus the $2800 price difference. :)

I didnt have time to shoot my M305 and i have it since 3 years i think! I never planned to scope it but now, i would like a PU on it. Having a Mosin sniper(wich i didnt have time to shoot yet) i like the PU. Two years ago, i took the PU on my svt 40 sniper and put it outside in winter, get it inside after to see if the lenses would fog inside or something, and nope scope handled well and its a ww2 PU not refurbished. PU are simple and very rugged scope, Riflechair you had the idea of the century!!!
