Lots of other folks have taken the time to post photos of their projects, and I've enjoyed looking at them. I thought I'd do the same. Here's my Canada Ammo shorty as it is today. M14.ca CASM II Alum. mount with an Eotech 552 and Eotech magnifier (Samson Mfg FTS mount and ARMS quick release), Tac-Pro riser from SFRC and paint job by yours truly. Otherwise it's bone stock, and probably 75-100 rounds through it to date. Looking forward to a M14.ca brake when it's available and a few other goodies.

Thanks fellas for the kind words. The camo was fun to do, I've done a few now and this is my favorite by far. The Eotech rides a little high with this set up, so a cheek riser is a must.

Hmmm... I'll have to measure it out and let you know. The CASM fits nicely in the sight pocket, so however high up the Eotech sits on the rail is the only added height.
