I finally got some photos taken of the Mossberg that I have been palying around with.

I have installed a Tac Star 6 round side saddle, a Knoxx Spec Ops stock, and a Butler Creek rubber grip enhancer on the pistol grip. I also bought the bayonet just to finish it off; ya can't have a bayonet lug without a bayonet to fill it ;).

I have also had the forend textured by Ian Robertson of Robertson Composites; I have already posted about this and it works well.

It will punch the X mark out of the face of a IPSC style target I donwloaded at 20 yards with Remington Sluggers. I need to play around with the buckshot for a bit to find something the has a bit tighter pattern. I am planning on relaoding for it once I move into the new place and have room for a small bench.

I need a few more items for it and the project will be finished:

1) High vis follower
2) steel safety switch

(Both of these should be coming from Peter Griffin (RePete) sometime soon)

3) Mossberg Parkerized heat shield: After firing 50 rounds through it in 20 minutes it gets kinda warm :) .

Cheers,

Corey
