I have been watching a South African forum. This forum looks like the main forum where NEA dealers sell from in SA. Whenever a negative NEA thread shows up about product quality and they do, the thread usually end with contact your selling dealer and the thread goes away.

sounds like another forum i know of. only dif is now they arent paying to have them disappear. ;)

just found some more secret videos strait from NEA headquarters, of them building buffertube springs. Pay no attention to the tool chatter.

Realistically we had to know this was the case despite what the company line was.
 
As you guys also know I go over them before they go out as well. Of the few dozen I've sent out in the last few months I don't think anyone has posted any issues with those batches short of some LPK issues which the new kits will resolve. Alot of the things you now see popping up are for older batches of guns. As well you see few and few people posting about issues and I can assure you sales keep steadily going up on them.

I have nothing against NEA, might own one someday, at this point it makes you wonder when a dealer such as yourself has to second guess there product and do quality assurance on any complete new firearm delivered to a dealer from a manufacturer :confused:

People #####ed and complained when NEA didn't check their commercial buffer tubes for depth and be sure everything was to spec (supplied by another manufacturer)....and now it's a crying shame that a dealer is inspecting rifles before they go out the door?

Sure, Ryan shouldn't have to, but then again, neither should NEA have either. Some people are just never happy I guess. Either it's poor QC, or a shame that QC is required.

Ultimately, it's NEA, not SFRC, written on the side of the gun, but cmon... We all *want* to see a decent Canadian made AR for a competitive price. I don't understand the #####fest when everything wasn't perfect. Every batch seems to see issues from the previous one rectified. They're getting there...

For the record, my AR is all NEA parts except for the LPK, which is DPMS. No issues.

Am I #####ing about NEA products or SFRC? "NO" Hats off to Ryan for taking the additional time to assure the new products that leave his store properly function from a manufacturer.

Not true. The only things people have accused NEA of are
Lying yup they did that.
relaeasing guns with crappy finishes; yup they did that
releasing guns with taiwanese parts after claiming to be a Canadian product.
having multiple accounts; yup they did that
Releasing guns with very heavy trigger springs; yup they did that
releasing guns with BCG's with huge nasty grinding marks; yup they did that
releasing guns with out of spec buffer tubes; yup they did that
releasing guns with trigger parts with little to no heat treat; yup they did that
releasing guns with out of spec sling plates that blocked the cocking handle; yup they did that
relaeasing guns with unstaked gas keys; yup they did that.
releasing guns with out of spec rails; yup they did that.
releasing guns that were completely non functional while claiming they were tested; yup they did that.
In truth they only thing that hasn't happened yet is that one of these untested guns hasn't managed to fail completely and injure someone.
releasing guns with loose gas blocks; yup they did that(thanks Blaxsun)
