make the switch and you won't be disappointed that's for sure. I didn't "need" a new AR, but I didn't want to hold back when the decision came to upgrade.

the color is literally called "mil spec +" it is a proprietary color that Daniel Defense had made to match their ris2 rails that had the brown coloration. I wanted something different and this really jumped out at me.
