My new ADCOR 10.5"

I already have 16" ADCOR with a quad rail but I really liked the new key mod rails. They are very stout and I wanted a 10.5". I think the key mod is a huge improvement and much nicer to use the forward charging lever.





I will add more photos shortly.

I need to see I the Raptor charging handle will work.

The raptor works great. Overkill but it is on all my AR's.

Now I just need to wait for the transfer to be completed to take it home. I am going to get the handguard for my 16" as well.

I've seriously been contemplating getting the new rail as well for mine, but exchange rate really kills the deal for now!

The 4 positions adjustment is new as well; at least not available when I picked mine up a few years back.

Saskatoon Gunworks has the rails but I can't recall what I paid for it. $300 ish I think.

There is something else new as well. Like the DPMS G2 they seem to have gone to the monolithic bolt carrier key rather than stakes bolts. I noticed it in the photos above. This was a recommendation from the US M4 replacement trials that were cancelled.

It looks like they did away with the BCG coating. The new one looks like some sort of parkerizing rather than the slick self lubricating coating of the earlier version.

I actually like the original handguard. Not for the rails but because of the transition at the front to the round part. This is extremely comfortable and natural for the forward holds. It also creates a natural indexing point.
