My new coyote gun.

Man ... I want one of those really bad !! Excellent choice.

... and that rifle is meant for -17. Tough Russian round, solid built rifle.

So times when the snow is too deep. I put a sheet of plywood in the truck and heater under the canopy.
Fun for some deep winter target shooting.

Yeah, the rifle and the round might be meant for -17, but I'm getting too old for that kind of cold. I just wanted to zero the scope, so I'll wait for a warmer day. Thank you very much!

Seriously though, I can't wait to try her out.

Maybe time to think about a relocation. We have beautiful ranges down south. Rarely gets to cold to shoot and the coyotes are abundant. Something to think about lol!

Looky what I brought home today!

A CZ527 Carbine in 7.62x39 with a Vortex Diamondback-HP 3-12x42 on Leupold medium 1" rings. I just got the scope mounted and bore sighted. I really want to try her out this weekend, but the weather just isn't cooperating....minus 17c.

Oh well....isn't she purty...?! And that sweet trigger!!

very nice , I have a few CZ's ,, they are all tack drivers........

What round are you planning on running with it 6MT ? Factory like the Hornady SST, hand-load, Mex-match or surplus ?

Awe come on, a little cold is good to get things motivated every once in awhile !
