I almost bought the Canadian Edition but couldn't get past the maple leafs on it (yes I am Canadian and proud, but prefer not on my rifle). I see that it indeed does look great, including the Arma-Coating (black is nicer), but I chose the Ironwood Designs custom walnut instead. I posted a thread if you want to check it out. Custom wood cost me more, but it was finished more to my taste, my choice of wood and I got the thicker furniture/longer pistol grip (more pics in my thread):

Always a choice out there (wanted to see the pics side by side to compare). I was ready to buy the Canadian Edition but the Maple Leafs turned me off on it. Custom wood is a lot more expensive (Weimajack has CDN Ed for $725) but you can make it to your specifications. If the Canadian Ed didn't have the emblems on there, I would have bought it and never bothered with custom furniture. Both look a lot better than the beaver barf. Here's my other VZ58, FSN-01, what should I do with this one... that's some ugly beaver ain't it
