YAY i finally got one after a long time of waiting.
After inspecting it for a while i noticed the front site was off to the right. The pin in the middle of the circle is off to the right side. Sorry i don't know proper names lol.
I have a picture but i cant post attachments for some reason ??? Can some one help with this.

I have to go to stupid Ft Mac Murry for 24 days for work, leave on sunday but when i get back i would love to hook up with some people and go shoot it. I live in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. Not sure where a good range to shoot at is.

The pin you are referring to is called the windage drum. You'll need an adjustment tool to dial in your sights. There are many out there but tapco and the AK-fst seem to be the most popular. The tool is just a c-clamp style press that pushes the windage drum left or right to make sight corrections. Now it is normal for it to be off to one side a little, so long as its not way off. If it is out to lunch then you will need to drift out the 2 pins that hold the front sight base onto the barrel and re-align it so that you can center the windage drum. Mine was not perfectly centered from the factory but they come basically sighted in so I left it alone.

here is some picks. ya in the box with the rifle there was a paper target which is them test firing it i assume.
 
I would go shoot it first before worrying about it.

I had one even further off to one side. Shot fine, and was to point of aim.
