Friend of mine is a custom leatherworker and just finished up a set I asked him to make for me. Had to show it off since it looks so fricken beatiful!
He took a quick pencil rub of the pattern on the stock and did a color match to the wood. Couldn't believe how nice it came out. I had asked him to make a new knife sheath as well since the ones that come with the Grohman knives don't have a very strong belt loop and look kind of boring. Then I explained that I wanted something to carry a few extra rounds as well as my GPS in the field. Only direction I gave him was to make the bullet pouch flip down so that I wouldn't have to wrestle them around the GPS pouch to get a round out. He said it nearly broke his brain to figure out the best way of making it, but I think he succeeded! Wore it while out scouting for bear on Saturday and it sits very nice on my belt
Now I just need to get him to make me a custom soft case to hold it all!
