Hate to say thi but it looks like the rim of the lop cartridge in the magazine is behind the one below it. The rounds will not feed like that!

Yah, I went outside and tried the action with some rounds but without shooting them off. I figured it out after the picture and they feed well now. They were giving me grief loaded like that.

Glad you worked it all out!! That is the only thing with rimmed cartridges!
