My 90-two came with a nice cable lock, if I only knew where the key was.

Its more than likely keyed alike so just take it to a shop that stocks Berettas.

Not a bad idea, never really had a use for it till I got my m&p. Needs a trigger lock and a regular one won't really work with the range and carry kit.

I have the kit in 9mm...love it so far...about 1000 rounds.
If you leave the holster out a trigger lock works no problem.

Just buy a crap load of ammo. Ideally you want the trigger to settle down before changing out the sear anyway - it does smooth out over the first 1,000 rounds.

Nope, mine didn't either. But it was clearly fired. Had some crap in the barrel. I wonder what happens to them. All the guys in the States get them.

They get them in the US because some states require 2 fired cases from each firearm sold to be given to the State Police. They believe that having a database of fired casings will allow them to identify each firearm if they're used in a crime. It's bullsh*t, of course - but it's gun control and we all know how that works. I'd imagine any gun that has it's cases get lost, or stood on or whatever gets put in the "export only" rack - it's more sensible to ship them out than to go back and fire them again.

Why so long?

It has been taking at least a month for the BC CFO to issue LATT's.
On a lighter note just I found out to-day that it was shipped out to me, should have it by Monday.

Ah, ya I remember when I got my LATT. Was lucky mine took less than a day.

All the guys in the States get them.

This is required by law in some states, and thus all amercian bound pistols have it.

This is not a legal requirement anywhere in Canada, therefore the time and effort to include it is not needed.
