My new M&P

Not a bad idea, never really had a use for it till I got my m&p. Needs a trigger lock and a regular one won't really work with the range and carry kit.

I have the kit in 9mm...love it so far...about 1000 rounds.
If you leave the holster out a trigger lock works no problem.
 
Nope, mine didn't either. But it was clearly fired. Had some crap in the barrel. I wonder what happens to them. All the guys in the States get them.

They get them in the US because some states require 2 fired cases from each firearm sold to be given to the State Police. They believe that having a database of fired casings will allow them to identify each firearm if they're used in a crime. It's bullsh*t, of course - but it's gun control and we all know how that works. I'd imagine any gun that has it's cases get lost, or stood on or whatever gets put in the "export only" rack - it's more sensible to ship them out than to go back and fire them again.
