Just picked this up the other day and thought i would post my setup. I plan on changing the Eotech for an ACOG at somepoint.

There's one on the EE forum for 2700'ish. The Shooting Edge in Alberta is the official distributor. They are IMO the best service rifle you can get.

I always wondered what the bulge in the barrel behind the muzzle was for? By the way do these rifles accept the M9 bayonet?

The bulge holds the rifle grenade in place.

Yes you can use a NATO type bayonet if you get the NATO lug. They are in stock and $10ea.

I did . I had a spare week before school and noticed Wikipedia firearms articles showing up high in Google searches, but most were of questionable content and quality. I decided to bring them up to an encyclopedic-type standardized format with a brief introduction, development history, use, design and variants, because Ordnung muss sein! I particularly enjoy writing about roller-locked weapons which will be obvious in the following list.

Many of the various civilian variants are custom-tailored to meet a country's sporting arm requirements. Germany had a sort of mini-AWB and the SP had its "evil assault features removed":
