My new SKS!!

Well I gave up on the CZ858 after handling and shooting a couple SKS's. I decided the SKS had more of a "real deal" feel to it.

So I showed up at a non CGN sponsor gun store in Vancouver to take advantage of their 1 SKS plus 1 case of ammo special.

I asked the guy at the store if he had any laminated SKS's uncased, he responded with a "WYSIWYG" response. Then all of a sudden he remembered there were a few more hidden behind the display case.

So I laid my hands on this one:

Lever used to be a great store with cool imports. But it seems they have missed the internet gun sales boat and their market niche is going to the CGN sponsors.
