Hello!

After 5 longgggg months I received my new stock from Sharp Shooter Supply.
She's beautiful . It's a Laminate Varmint Tactical Stock (LVP) model.
My finishing is not done yet because I'm not sure of the kind of finish that I will use.

Is that a poker chip "front rest"? Nice.

I have one on order. Hope it's here soon. I have a Shilen barrel waiting and ready to go too. (.260 rem)

Did you have to sand the stock or was it ready to finish?

The stock was ready to finish... I hope that SSS will be less busy because I waited for 5 months for my stock. The girl at SSS told me that they are late in the shipping due to the increasing popularity.

I think I found a reason to buy a Savage... That stock really catches my attention for some reason.. and only 300.00 bucks for that LVT one...

I'm looking forward to the stock. Together with the new barrel I should have a mean machine on my hands! I hope the wait isn't too long.

I should be getting mine soon. I got the exact same config as yours, cept in black/black/orange.

Should be here really soon. I might actually call and ask just to be a pain in the ass.
 
That's a really nice outfit there Alec. I've ordered my aftermarket stocks from Boyds'. There a good outfit to deal with also, shipping usually under 2 weeks.
