My New Toy Unique Alpine TPG-1

Haha, I pay $8000 and I got a cardboard box but if I pay $9000 including tax, I will get a nice case like this.

I still don't know what part you are calling a "hand guard"
the pistol grip he got looks the same as the one in the pics.
do you mean the rail on the front of the stock?

It is a very nice looking gun, did you give any thought to a home-grown Timberwolf before buying? I'm curious as to what made you decide on this with so many other high-end systems on the market such as Accuracy International and PGW.

I'm glad to jumped out of the typical Canadian Gun Nutz mentality and went for something no one else has. There is life after AI and PGW. Don't take that as a slam but a custom rifle is going to run up in that ballpark anyways so congrads on the new gun and let us know how you make out with your load developement. I hope I'm able to see it in person sometime. I think, for a gun you'll probably shoot quite a bit, your caliber of choice is bang on.

From the spec, the gun weight around 6.5 Kg. With scope and ammo, I think u are looking at 20 to 25 lbs.

Thx, Glock-a-maniac, I really appreciate ur comments, that is the reason I got the TPG-1, you can search around the web and not much information about this gun except it is accurate and good, so i am curious at what that gun can do, plus I don't want to pay $8000 and have someone's gun look like mine.

Very nice rifle.
You should have a lot of fun with that baby!!! What's the accuracy like on a rig like that?
